English Work

Aqui está um dos trabalhos realizados pela turma sobre uma receita em inglês.

English work: Cooking recipe
Chocolate cake
List of ingredients and amounts:


For the cake:
120 gr. of butter
120 gr. of chcolate bar
200 gr. of sugar
4 eggs
100 gr of flour

For the cover:
150 gr. of chocolate bar
2 spoon table of butter

Method:
1. Break the chocolate in pieces, pu it in a glass cup and add the butter.
2. Put the cup in the microwave for one and a half minute in the maximum power.
3. Take the cup out of the microwave and mix with a dough mixer till yo get a smooth and bright cream.
4. Add to the chcolate cream the sugar and the flour. Mix.
5. Add the eggs and mix thoroughly with the dough mixer.
6. Pour the mix into a mix into a greased plastic baking hollow mould, and put it in the microwave.
7. Cook it in the maximum power for five minutes.
8. Take out of the microwave and leave it for anthewr five minutes (during this time, the dough will contine to cook).
9. Take out the cake of the mould and leave it cool down.
10. Prepare the cover:break the chocolate and put it in another glass cup.Add the butter.
11. Put the cup in the microwaves for one and half minute.
12. Mix till get a smooth and bright cream.
13. Spread this cover in the cake surface.

Suggestions:
If yo like, could aded broken nuts to the dogh and cognac to the cover.
Another combination cold be menta’s fliqor instead the cognac.

Preserve the cake in the fridge.

Have this delicious cake with the five o’click tea, but take care ... it’s very caloric
